About Our Builder
All of our furniture is made by one Amish family in Conewango Valley New York. This incredible family has 6 kids who love to help tighten a bolt ever so often with their fathers supervision. Their father hopes to leave them the business one day.
After a major back injury working on the farms, the father decided to go in a different direction in terms of his career and got into the Poly Lumber business. This family designed a totally unique, fun, and quirky chair, The Fish Chair.
This Amish Family specializes and in fish chairs, along with making many of the other products you might find on our lot in Osprey, Florida.
Being Amish means they don’t work on Sundays so they can have their day of Worship. They also don't own cars or phones nor do they even have the seemingly simple luxury of electricity. To say the least, they live a very modest life. They utilize horses and buggies to get around and they take their buggy to a local friend's house to use their cellphones as needed, along with going to the lake to go fishing for white bass and salmon which is the family's favorite activity.
